Hi, I’m Dr. Caroline Zhao, OMD (Oriental Medicine Doctor). Originally from China, I am a NCCAOM Board Certified Licensed Acupuncturist with 7 years of comprehensive clinical experience.
I am a Licensed Acupuncturist holding professional state licenses in Nevada, Florida, and New York. My background includes advanced clinical training at Chengdu University of TCM in China as well as practicing aboard international cruise ships.
As a pain management specialist, I help patients move freely and live comfortably. My practice is dedicated to treating both body and mind—specializing in pain relief, natural fertility support, digestive disorders, and emotional well-being (including anxiety, depression, and stress). I am passionate about using 3,000 years of evidence-informed medicine to help you restore balance and vitality.
Why I Become An Acupuncturist
My journey into Traditional Chinese Medicine began with a deeply personal experience.
My uncle suffered a severe fall while working in construction in China. The accident was life-threatening and left him completely paralyzed. He was unable to speak, eat on his own, or walk. During his recovery, he received acupuncture treatments every day for two months. I witnessed his gradual transformation as he regained the ability to speak, eat independently, and move again.
Seeing his recovery firsthand opened my eyes to the potential of Traditional Chinese Medicine and inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others. His recovery became the beginning of my journey into acupuncture
